      Poor management with empty promises.

      Good benefits regarding medical and dental.

      Cons

      Empty promises regarding raises and equipment upgrades. Middle and upper management continue to neglect and take advance of field service employees. No real connection with regional management and employees in the field working to solve customer issues. Outsourcing still a major problem with regards to culture, language, time and work ethic.

      Its really hard for me to think of good things to say about Unisys.

      Unisys is a tired old ompany led by un imaginative, unethical executives with a bloated cost structure making it very difficult to make money.
