1. Very supportive US onsite people. 2. You feel satisfaction when you work with onsite people since you grow technically. 3. you can expect good work life balance. 4. fixed salary. 5. you might not face layoff here since we are at low cost.

Cons

1. you will find more managers than Engineers. 2. if you have 3 managers for 16 people, tell me how you can give good salary hike every year. 3. salary hike is really worst. 4. massive layoff in US and other countries where you might lose your colleague.

Flexible hours, good work/life balance and GREAT managers!

Cons

They used to care about the employees many years ago. Now they only care about the bottom line - no raises, few promotions. After 30+ years, I was deemed disposable and laid off. I'm too old to find comparable work and too young to retire.
