Pros

- Company does try to take care of the employees the best they can - Coworkers are professional and helpful, very few personality problems - Access to great technology - Good managers - Respect for work/life balance

Cons

- Merit raises can be hard to come by due to the poor financial performance of the company - Engineering has been spread pretty thin so workload and stress can be high - Benefits subpar compared to competition

Great collegues. I loved working for this company becuse of the people that I worked with.

Cons

No job security at Unisys. The company keeps getting more contracts work but they outsource all of them to third parties. You hear about layoffs atleast once every few months. Uppr management onlyl cares about numbers not their employeees. I was told that I would be working on a project for several years but I got layed off few weeks before my anniversary date. Also, they outsource all the jobs to third parties/overseas.
