Pros
Benefits are ok. Job gets fairly predicatable after a while which is a good thing.
Cons
Management was very cliquish, offered little advice on what to do to get through tough call center calls. Random overtime days that you can't ask for days off. I worked for a year without taking days off and when I finally asked for a day, my manager cancelled it even though I had the hours. High turnover and I had 3 different managers in 9 months. Very low pay for the stress of taking all the calls.
