Pros

High pay for your average call center job. The lunch room is nicely equipped with Vizio HD TV plenty of room in the refrigerators with adequate number of microwaves.

Cons

Open air performance reviews in front of other employees. Stat chasing Micro management. Difficulty requesting time off No sick days or 401k. Little or no tolerance for new employees asking questions Little or no tolerance for new employees that commit an error. Leadership by Excel spreadsheet. UTS invests almost no time or energy in recurrent training. UTS believes that agents learn best in isolation between calls. Many team managers demoralized. Obsolete slow computers Upper management makes promises to customers they cant keep. Employees seldom learn from their mistakes.
