Pros

Great employess - everyone works very hard and is friendly. Good office atmosphere. No defined start time - Flexible work schedule.

Cons

No work life balance. Work week is 55+ hours a week including many late nights (11:00 PM) and often weekends. Processes are outdated - much talk about improvement but very little action to actually change. Employees that slack are not held accountable. Employees that are star performers just get more work piled on them.

Pros

- Excellent People - Used to feel like you were part of a team that people enjoyed being involved in - Everyone is willing to help everyone else, regardless of workload - Hard work is almost always, usually recognized - Great location

Cons

- Workload gets to a point were it burns you out - Company clearly tends to highly younger, more enthusiastic and energetic people, who are more comfortable burning the candle at both ends - There seems to be a trend in management to ignore problems relates to stress and employee dissatisfaction, as if sweeping this under the rug or not talking about it will make it go away - Entire culture, due to heavy workload has become almost complete reactive, rather than proactive; it's rare that individuals find the time or energy to enact changes that have long term benefits
