Great management who really care about their employees. A lot of opportunity to love up in the company. Family oriented company that accepts a lot of time off if you need to deal with family issues.

Cons

Tough to find a good route when you're on the bottom. Office is close to new braves stadium so there's a lot of traffic

Friendly environment, no micro-managing, and occasionally free tickets to sporting and music events that are company sponsored. Some positions provide company vehicle and gas.

Cons

Company will not budge on their benefits package, salaries, vacation, etc. Positions grow stale as implementation of newer practices have removed satisfactions to stay long term.
