This payment structure allows for both a fluctuating monthly income, as well as smaller "bonus" pay, even when more product is sold. Bonuses are earned monthly, however bonus income is not actually a "bonus", but a part of your salary. i.e, it is not possible to live solely off the bi-weekly pay. Little to no gas or car allowance paid, and if it is awarded, it is also counted as a part of your overall salary. Must use personal car for work. There is a distinct difference between those who are "insiders" and "outsiders".
