They have a fair pay scale, good benefits, wellness days, and paid sick leave should you require it. There are programs in place for mental health ( third party companies that can help and get you resources) and the upper management teams including HR are fairly understanding of life's circumstances should you ever need time off etc. They have employee appreciation initiatives put in place and offer a generally good culture day to day. Lots of ability to "move up" if you are in the right area to do so
