Pros

I have been at several of the major rental companies. URI is by far the best.

Cons

Big ship small rudder. Due to the companies size implementation can take time.

Pros

The company offers Omaha Steaks for the holidays and other great benefits. You will make a lot of overtime money if you are hourly

Cons

Expect to work from 6-6 a decent amount of the time, possibly even later depending on the season or jobs available.

Pros

Culture is non-toxic, great work-life balance, entire organization is extremely supportive, job tasks are not complicated and goals are easy to achieve

Cons

Compensation used to be very competitive but is now on the low side, bonus algorithm changes every year and only ever goes down, upper management is out of touch with local markets
