Pros

Decent money. Big company. They give you a yearly allowance to buy united rentals clothes.

Cons

Good old boys club. Shady upper management. No promotions for women unless there’s potential with one of the regional or above to be with you.

1. Good pay 2. Good benefits 3. Plenty of opportunity to move up within the company

1. Very dependent on CRM software 2. Very small access to move up in certain divisions. 3. Certain pockets don’t promote from within.

Bad management depending on branch Will make you do other position’s jobs Will get in trouble for not doing both jobs correctly at the same time Management is sometimes no help and you have to figure it out on your own
