Pros

Great crew, is the glue keeping the branch togther. Shift work, the days off are great.

Cons

Very little communication from upper management, Not paid full overtime when overtime was taken away completely HR said "I don't see the big deal its only money". Wages aren't keeping up with inflation. ISR's don't get the health benefits booster of $800.00 a year because we receive bonuses, as of right now Q2 bonus is $165.00 which will be taxed.
