Pros

Being with UR for over 10 years and holding 4 different positions from entry level to upper mid-level management I can honestly say if you work hard, put your time in, learn, grow and make your job a priority there is ample room to grow. They like to promote from within when possible and reward those who put in the time along with results to advance themselves. Also comes with fair compensation, nice benefits package and a great group of people in the "UR family".

Cons

I wouldn't consider it a big downside, but as mentioned as you move up and look for promotions work load comes with it. Figuring out the work/life balance can take some time and sacrifices n some cases.
