certain district managers have hold great people to reach their potential, because they somehow felt the where not worthy or didn't have a college degree,

Fast-paced work environment at the branch level

Cons

Not really a sales position. More of a customer care representative role. Very little sales negotiation skills are needed and certainly does not warrant an industry non-compete to be signed.
