Pros

Largest rental equipment supplier in the world, competitive salary, company vehicle.

Cons

Favoritism, management is clueless as to what is going on at the local level. Incompetent management. Micro managers. Do not like outsiders (i.e. only like people hired on through them, not employees brought on through buyouts)
