      Pros

      You are compensated well for work. Is a high passed industry but that's what make the job fun. Most people you work with are very friendly.

      Cons

      High pressure to perform. Internally battle to get the job done. Upper management not always consistent on what can and cant be done.

      Good Benefits, PTO, Vacation, Great Safety Visions for workers & Family also Some Good People to work with & Great Customers

      Cons

      Only Complaint is decisions made on the "The Good olde Boy System" & not on actual proven track record. Tip on Post employment issues with HR are to get all your answers you need before signing your release forms cause you can hang it up getting ANY answers after signing.
