Pros

They really treat well their employees. Good salaries, incentives and bonuses. Many company perks (discounts on mayor brands and others). Safety focus (literally).

Cons

In terms of work / life balance there is room for improvement. Sometimes there is a lot of pressure, like in any service company. Some locations need to be remodeled.
