Pros

UR is the leader in the industry and has expanded rapidly over the past several decades. Numerous acquisitions have expanded the footprint. Plenty of opportunity for advancement for ambitious employees.

Cons

Effort and ambition is valued from the bottom up; however, there is a growing tendency towards top-down management. Metrics are established at the corporate level and individual profit centers are highly accountable to regional offices. Or is this a plus?
