Pros

There are locations all across the country. I know I can work anywhere in the country (if there is a position open) and grow with the company. I have been able to meet a lot of people throughout the company at different training events. There is so much potential to grow with the company, we get uniforms provided, great benefits, and many useful tools.

Cons

If you do not speak up and go for the next job what you want, you can easily get lost in a large corporation.

Pros

United Rentals cares about it's employees and customer's. There are limitless opportunities. The pay is great and they spend time, effort and resources investing in it's people. United Rentals is always innovating and continues to outpace the competition. They also spend time in the community and were the first on the scene during Hurricane Harvey.

Cons

I wish United would offer more education assistance for higher education. MBA ETC
