Pros

time off is flexible, colleagues are friendly, team effort for sure

Cons

management never asked me "How are you?" which I think is the base... they always say that they improve shortage of the staff, but they never do. also benefits became very low, not what was promised upon contract, they just changed how they are counting it now, which is not fair.
