Pros

Decent pay and some of the locations are true team working stores, and work hard to keep the customers happy

Cons

Mid level management sucks, to many people tell you how to do your job based off of a spreadsheet and CRM

Pros

Lots of opportunity if you look for it. Company really does recognize the importance of people. Interesting work. Good comp and benefits programs.

Cons

Too much hiring of industry re-treads. Not a "fun" corporate culture. --It's not bad and it's a good place to work, but not into fun.
