Pros

Great, hardworking great people at this company. Excellent place to learn and develop your skills. Not a place to stay long term.

Cons

Not much room for growth once at the District Manager level and takes 5 years to earn 3 years of time off. 401K match could be better.

Pros

Great company objective overall, pay is decent, good benefits.

Cons

Salary employees do the same job as hourly employees plus their respected duties. People try to rent equipment before it has been properly received for and deemed rental ready. Everything evolves around numbers and not actual reality. They keep equipment around forever that should of been sold or trashed 10 years ago.
