Pros

Building relationships for customers and growing your assigned territory

Cons

Absolute micro-management with some unrealistic expectations pushing this more into a call center

Pros

Most of the Supervisors and upper Management had your best interest at heart. Many opportunities to advance, but under select conditions.

Cons

Becoming a woke company. They are putting their diversity scorecard ahead of hiring the most competent person for a position. They also pay women substantially less than a man for the same role.

Pros

I am remote employee. I love that.

Cons

I hate the way glass door forces you to write a review to use their service. I am still working for UR. I don't want to say anything bad, but check my advice to management section.
