      Large company able to provide many benefit options. High cost, moderate coverage.

      Cons

      Retirement is among the worst in the industry. Senior/regional management view everyone as a number and are all about protecting their position instead of personnel development.

      Great benefits, top notch safety culture, efficient dispatch for drivers. We work a minimum of 50 hours a week so the salary is decent.

      Cons

      The place is super busy and you can see the stress that it causes some coworkers.
