      Pros

      Pros were commission and hourly. They had a relaxed environment.

      Cons

      They raised all the goals so that those who work there that make over 20$ a hour could get fired for either not hitting their over blown metrics or their overblown numbers. Don’t work here if you are looking for a true BDR position. This is not it. It’s customer service with a BDR title. Mass firings monthly. If you are trying to decide on a career, keep going this isn't it.

      Good benefits, bad management

      Pros

      Best in industry pay and benefits, good people to work with and decent training and advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      Really great to work for if you have the right manager, but once they shove in someone with no experience and no clue what is going on things go adrift pretty fast.
