Pros

Great advancement opportunities Great safety culture Flexible hours (sort of) Great benefits The company is always investing and evolving

Cons

Work life balance can be tough Relying on others to do their job after you’ve done your part is stressful. Too often there’s a breakdown in the process that effects the customer experience/relationship Everything seems to be based off a metric lately. The metric’s don’t tell the full story and don’t always accurately depict what reality of some situations

Pros

Culture : United Rentals culture is one of the best if not best company I have worked for. Our leaders are highly involved with the employees and the training and motivate to grow and move on to bigger and greater things within the Company.

Cons

WOW!!! It really hard for me to say a Con about UR. They are always trying to improve and work through every single detail or idea a employee provide. Like in anything other process some may take longer than other but every year it seems they are more and more devoted to their employees and customers.
