Good Benefits and pay. Great co-workers and employees. Several perks such as purchasing program

Cons

Top management out of touch with workforce. Moved away from taking care of customer to satisfying stock holders and Wall Street investors. Promotions given to those not qualified

Pros

Flexible and self-determined hours, 401K and health care options. Perks of having a company truck, fuel card, expense card, laptop, and iPhone.

Cons

The upper level management does not care about the OSR, you are only a number to the corporate structure. This position is all about what territory you are assigned with. If you get assigned a good territory, then this place would be worth working at. However, if you are in a bad territory, there is simply nothing you can do.
