Pros

Decent benefits Company vehicle, cellphone, laptop Good opportunity to learn about the industry Decent 401k options Good short-term job for college grad

Cons

Good ol' boys upper management Everyone hates their job and loves making each other more miserable Company is extremely top heavy- all of the work and pressure is applied to lower tier or newer employees who make the least $ There is no advancement opportunities Iron clad non compete agreements - if you are stuck in a bad territory or have any issues with management you have no chance to just leave and get a job elsewhere.
