Pros

Enjoy the business and local staff. Customers and rentals are what keeps me going; only.

Cons

I have never seen a company tell you they care about you, yet show the opposite. Work/life balance is an issue and the premise is someone from one division or another is actually attempting to steal your profits for their own bonus. It is literally bizarro world and builds a horrible culture. I feel like a business owner competing against fellow branches and the branches mostly detest one another due to this. Horribly stressful and unnecessary.
