Pros

Great health insurance and 401k. Life insurance, company truck. Many perks

Cons

No work life balance in order to be able to reach goals and expectations. Mediocre people who don’t know how to do the job get promoted by fitting in with corporate, but can’t deliver and these are the people that are your “leaders”.

Pros

They are a very safety oriented company and care about employees. They pay good, but pay can be better in my opinion.

Cons

Doing 2 jobs but being paid for 1. I also work as the equipment associate at my branch.
