Pros

Excellent at bribing to make everything seem “ok” and trying to bribe with a “we’ll buy you a new service truck and increase your wage” but couldn’t get it in writing.

Cons

Lies after lies, was told the Racine branch “previously known as Franklin Equipment” would stay the same operation, yet United Rentals is closing the doors and can’t promise a secured job in writing.

Pros

United Rentls provides job security and I have heard it is the best place for non-sales people.it also offers the CAPABILITY to make a lot more than the average, if you put the work in. The opportunity is here.

Cons

They are a large corporation of micromanaging from the top down and their sales people are their least important and 100% replaceable. Their non-compete makes it very difficult to find something else if needed and they give LOTS of busy work, taking time away from sales which makes up most of your sales.
