Pros

Company’s heart is in the right place, good benefits , good perks , steady work

Cons

Lots of unnecessary mid management positions SAMS KAMS NAMs etc. these positions are created for friends and friends of friends and completely over paid , you cut your bottom lines overtime claiming business is slow but branches remain as busy as ever , stocks are good and your expecting the same production with no overtime and keep these positions that have no purpose or justification the company is on the good ole boy network which basically means it’s not what you know it’s who you know , poor performing employees are given promotions vs firing to keep turnover low. While performing employees are held back because of difficultly replacing them , obscene amounts of money and time go into the next big policy the company will take on that makes absolutely no sense and in 6 months all that goes away because it typically fails miserably the simplest tasks are made way more difficult than it should be a simple order typically will go thru 5 or 6 ppl before making it to the customer and there’s almost always something wrong from pricing to time to contacts. Common sense isn’t allowed and when it’s used it’s frowned upon , lowest pay in the industry oldest fleet in the industry but the highest rates for rental , mechanic and drivers are harder and harder to come by but the pay and cuts have sent them running to other companies for better pay or hours and the ability to their jobs without the extra hassle that makes zero sense. Students fresh out school with no experience are put into leadership roles simply because of a degree are making decisions, outdated tools as far as computers to diagnose and clear codes on current machines

Pros

Still have a job and it stays busy.

Cons

After many years with this company they have without warning no more overtime. I have always had overtime and it was justified. Now all overtime has been done away with even though business is great, stocks are up but my paycheck is literally half of what I was making for at least the last 10 to 15 years! Was told overtime will not be coming back.
