Pros

Benefits are inexpensive and very good. Day goes by quickly. Room for growth is there

Cons

Constant responsibility, some days I forgot to go to the bathroom. Everything that went wrong in the branch was blamed on me. Competition between the branches is brutal and managers from other branches are rude and unhelpful. My branch went without a manager for months.
