Great product, great growth, decent products, service and equipment.
Cons
The corporation is just that, a corporation that is far more worried about protecting itself, its profits and position than any care they have for employees. They even require every applicant to submit to arbitration just for submitting an application which is insanity. If anything ever goes wrong, you will never have a chance to have them get your side of the story nor any legal recourse.
