Pros

Decent PTO plan and at least as a new mom you get STD paid leave at 60% no waiting period or time frame to work there first.

Cons

Managers micromanage nonstop. Compliments are not truly a compliment hey are always followed by a but……. You could do this better……. Never ending…… very hard to please management even when are meeting standards. If you do well and work hard to achieve your accounts goals, you are rewarded by being given more work to do for other accounts that can’t meet theirs. Pushy with members to participate- almost like a sales position. Metrics are very hard to achieve and if you have difficult account cultures that is not taken into consideration. Bonuses only once per year at review time. Not quarterly. Will never get above a 3% raise and with today’s inflation is like not even getting a raise and to get that raise you have to kill yourself to get it. Make upwards of 50 plus calls in an 8 hr shift if no one answers and even more than this. Again no consideration for how hard you work. Retention bonus is for two years and is not worth it. Plus you have to pay it back prorated if you find the job does not work for you.

Pros

Good PTO package, work from home for many positions, 401k matching.

Cons

Nepotism, favoritism, elitism run rampant at this company. People with skills and longevity don’t matter. It’s all about who you know. Raises are nonexistent, pay is far below average, quality bonuses that you may be able to get are almost impossible. Workload is insane and unmanageable, upper management refuses to hire to handle the workload and would rather have a skeleton crew of burnt out employees. There is no movement in this company unless you are in good with someone or related to someone. They will tell you that they have jobs for you that you can apply for but then tell you that you can’t have them. They base movement on what your current paygrade is as opposed to what your skills and abilities are and will not let you jump pay grades if they think that you are going to make too much even though you are more than qualified for the job. Benefits package is absolutely horrendous and health insurance does not cover anything. Micromanaging, only pointing out any mistakes you may make as opposed to pointing out things that you have done well, and lack of positive work environment are big issues. I had put in over a decade of work for this company and new people that were being hired or being hired for dollars per hour more than me.

Pros

They offer benefits but the benefits are GARBAGE. The training is actually good. Literally the ONLY positive experience with this terrible organization.

Cons

Ultra low pay. Pays about 10 bucks/hr under the national industry standard. CAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL!!!!! Do not accept a position in sales until you ask about GOAL ADJUSTMENTS “Goal Adjustments” This is when the pay you less in commissions after you already made the sale. When you about to receive your commissions they tell you how successful certain marketing was or whatnot, so they are going to have to adjust your goal since you had more opportunities to make a sale. This is quite possibly illegal. It’s definitely unethical. You will make in the 30s as a good salesman. Maybe 40s if you are a wizard on the phone. Also, goal adjustments are NOT rare and the happen multiple times a year. Run folks, run for the hills. Illegal practices management that does not care. The three options s for health plans are trash with higher negotiated rates than the competition and terribly high deductibles. The LOW deductible plan is maybe 2500 bucks. Terrible management, low pay, awful culture, lies, and more.
