Pros

Flexible work situations, challenging work and projects, variety.

Cons

False promisses by leadership. No promotion or pay raises unless you suck up and live in the office. Lots of vacation time that you cannot use. Performance reviews mean nothing as under performers get bonuses and are given less work, and high performers get dumped on. Too many people will quickly throw others under the bus to shift blame, cover up mistakes, or avoid work. Management lies about promotional opportunities, and continues to reorg and change rolls and duties. Company ethics dont exist and corporate speak is just that...empty words. No one really cares about helping each other, much less our customers or members. All anyone cares about is doing more with less, cut expenses, shift responsibilities, increase profits and pay out huge bonuses to leadership. Oh, and benefits suck!

Thank you for sharing candidly. We offer multiple kinds of benefits and it seems like the one you selected did not meet the standards you were looking for. We take performance reviews very seriously but the outcomes vary by team and department. I highly urge you to speak to your HR contact to communicate your concerns. Pros

A job with below average benefits with below average work life balance with below average PTO with below average employee satisfaction

Cons

Focused on the dollar and not on the quality of care delivered. True call center in every way. Micromanagement from everyone even the team leaders.

Pros

If you win the Lewin lottery and are assigned to an interesting project, the work could be slightly positive, but only if you have no prior work experience Even then, if you have other job offers, go elsewhere; this is not place to work for more than 1 year

Cons

If in your 1st year at any grad level, don't bother working hard; leadership mandates you receive at highest a 3 performance review; this means you won't get promoted, and it also means you won't get your full bonus target
