Pros

you get to work from home vto

Cons

management for csa's are beyond micromanaging. they see how long you've been on a call, how long you've been taking a dump for, how long you've been in acw. they expect you to have 30 seconds or less of acw (after call work) and if you go past 30 seconds, you might get a message from your sup saying, "acw," or "i see youve been in acw x amount of time, is everything okay?" as if they actually care. and dont even get me started on their ridiculous automated call system that patients receive. I worked for Optum, the mail order pharmacy. every single update, the patient receives a phone call/email/text about their meds and every single time, the people call in saying they were informed to call in about their meds but it's just a simple notification that it's ready for refill or their order is on the way. they SAY theyre working on a better system but that's a lie. It hasnt changed. itll never change. they say theyre hiring everyday but somehow, it's like we're just losing more and more workers everyday (i dont blame them) and there is a wait time all the time for our callers now. calls are back to back to back with no time to breathe between calls and for the tougher calls, we're not even allowed to take a moment to ourselves to regain our composure. we're expected to be robots. i am a live human being, please treat me like one.

Pros

Remote. And they really make you suffer for that

Cons

-Calls coming with no breaks in between. You will work close to 9 hours a day. -Work is audited 5x a month, if any slight mistakes, employee will go into corrective action. -Signed on for member calls..we are instead told we have to handle Broker, Employer, Doctor, and Internal calls. -No transfer options available for us. Be ready for bad audits and caller abuse as All Savers doesn't have any of their other departments taking calls. All extensions take callers back to CCA's. -No assistance from management. -No Covid PTO. Use at your own discretion. If you get sick too often - corrective action. -No assistance with complex calls, all supervisors disappear when requested assistance. -Any restroom break you take during the day had to be documented and will be deducted from your monthly adherence. Stay FAR AWAY and apply within Optum instead of UHC or All Savers. If you get a call back for an ALL SAVERS position, DECLINE and wait for your other applications to contact you.

Pros

Love my team mates, we support each other because we all know we’re all treated the same and management does not care.

Cons

Very fast paced call center. Not enough resources to manage your calls, confusing system to locate members benefits. Co-Workers are good support system but not management. Very few get the opportunity to advance up the ladder unless you know someone or suck up. New hires are offered more money that what tenured reps are currently making. Management wont even address it beside stating be grateful you have a job. No room for errors, quick to write you up, no matter how good you are at your job and an asset to the company. They are too concerned about making their numbers and looking good to upper management. Work/Life balance is limited. Very difficult to take time off and needs to be well in advance or it will be an occurrence. The benefits are terrible, most of our members have a better package than they offer the employees, yet we are supposed to be empathetic to their needs and concerns.
