      Pros

      401k, espp, I have a job, work at home option, learning abt medical, some employees are great to work with!

      Cons

      Stressful environment, metrics that are hard to meet, insurance benefits are horrible, supervisors and management don't really interact, it's micromanaged, hard for growth within the company, the pay raises, you have to bid for your shift based on you stats, back to back calls by upset members all day long!!! The list goes on...

      Pros

      Good experience in medical areas such as terminology, HIPPA laws and regulations, medical claims processing and adjustments. Average to good rate of pay.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance. Endless mandatory overtime. Top heavy incompetent management. Unobtainable production and quality goals causing employees to be fired constantly. High rate of employee turnover. Poor employee retention and moral. Modern day sweat shop. Hidden policies not enclosed to employees during employment. If you work there and are leaving, make sure to use up your PTO before you leave. Company policy is NOT to pay PTO unless the state the employee lives in requires it. I personally lost over 32 hours of accrued PTO.
