Pros

Great Pay Earlier shifts than most customer service positions, so you go home around 4:30 or 5pm The job isn’t boring Your challenged every day

Cons

Sometimes it’s Almost TOO challenging (coming from someone who has never in their life had to worry about making the *bare* minimum call. If you are in the call center, a survey will ruin you for the entire month. It doesnt matter how perfect, or nearly perfect the call was. The company will stand by the customer’s opinion. No how much you fight it, if the customer didn’t give you a certain score than the score stays. If it’s low enough, you’re done for that month. It’s 3 strikes and you’re out
