Pros

My immediate supervisor is excellent.

Cons

Many. The amount of change that constantly occurs for my job is staggering. Three people couldn't keep up with it all...let alone one. Think of I Love Lucy, the episode where she's at the chocolate factory working on the conveyor belt line. If you know this episode, and what happens, you know what it's like to be an employee at United Health Group. Upper management constantly initiates change that they have no idea how it really effects those "below" them. This company drives its employees extremely hard and ultra high expectations. Unrealistically so.
