Pros

Decent pay, hard working colleagues, relative stability

Cons

Organizational shifts at least three times a year (goals shift with them). Annual performance goals are never the same from the start of the year to when evaluations are given. Exceed expectations, check all the boxes, but you are still marked down during evaluation because "nobody gets a 4/5". Management says one thing but does another.

Pros

Pay for performance. Bonus opportunities. Work life balance. Opportunity for development and advancement.

Cons

Employees are not given all federal holidays or float days annually.

Pros

Remote flexibility is great. If you get a good Supervisor that helps with the team you’re assigned to. Having medical benefits also helps.

Cons

Not enough breaks, too long sitting. QA monitoring makes the job miserable because they are constantly changing rules. Makes you feel like they are sabotaging the “opportunity to bonus” every month. Nobody really cares about you. You’re easily replaced.
