Pros

Remote work unless you live near an office.

Cons

The pay: 1% merit increases year after year and practically no bonus even for high performers. Why even bother? The managers: In my last year there I had 3 different managers and they were all terrible. The constant layoffs: You feel like a sitting duck each month as you wait for the calendar invite every Thursday morning. The benefits: for being an employee of a healthcare organization the benefits are expensive. Leadership: Dreadful empty suits who love talking about themselves.
