Pros

I worked here a little over a year. The company offers a lot of vacation time beginning from day 1. The challenge is being able to take the time off when schedules are tight, however with reasonable planning the company was able to accommodate people taking long vacations.

Cons

Resource planning seemed problematic. People were hired at the low end of the pay scale, and layoff were common followed by rehiring. My sense was the company manipulated the work force to try and keep payroll costs down, and executive bonuses high.

Pros

I feel that what I do is important because it helps people stay healthy. The culture is good and getting better. The company is growing and there is a lot of opportunity for people who work hard and care.

Cons

The environment can be complex and is always changing so it can be frustrating at times because I and others often have many balls in the air and new balls are always being added. It is mostly exciting but I can see how some people can become overwhelmed.
