Pros

Flexable work Schedules - Work from Home was OK for me Not 40 hours of work for 40 hours of pay I think I am very very Lucky, because I have a very very good manager If have worked for a large compnay you will fit in fine

Cons

Pay is so low the only way to make it worthwile is to work from home and not really work 40 hours a week, or work at another job at home while you are working for UHG. Health Benefits are poor, but other companies will follow what UHG is doing to benefits. If you worked for a small or mediam company you will be disapointed in the performance of every employee. UHG is mostly in shock due to massive layoffs and consolidations, where it is difficult to find your way through the muck.
