      Too much change at the top

      Pros

      Great technology with a strong sales and support team. Good partners who want to succeed with Unitrends

      Cons

      Too much change in too short a time frame. A third CEO in 18 months, two major RIF in the same time frame and replacing CMO and Global SVPs makes for a very public disruption. If the sales teammates don't jump ship they are turfed. Not a good office environment.

      Great access to cross team resources, a lot of flexibility in approach in how to approach position, focus on utilizing individual's strength to benefit the team, strong team environment

      sales focused, machismo culture, culture of shaming vacation or sick days, past of out of touch management

      Unitrends has a great culture with lots of really positive people that want to make the company the best in the industry. Product is awesome!

      Cons

      Not really a con but can be long hours and there is a lot of pressure to take the company to the next level.
