You can start at the bottom and make your way into any position in the company, The company rewards those that put in the work and will support you to make you better. This is a mid-size company so you get to learn the challenges of that type of company. You have access to all levels of management.
Cons
They are a mid-size company so there is no were to hide. If you are not willing to work and just want to coast your way through a paycheck then you need to look some were else for a job.
