Pros

Good people are key to any great company and Unitrends has great people. I sincerely enjoy the people I work with. If that wasn't enough, the technology is also top notch.

Cons

Sales direction and overall leadership has lacked, but there's sunshine on the horizon. After a series of changes and restructuring, Unitrends is headed in a positive direction again.
