      Maybe better with the new management team

      Pros

      Really none. Saving grace would be, the significant gutting of top tier management that was woefully delayed - the new management cannot help but be better. Decent technology should mean you can go somewhere!

      Cons

      One of the worst, most depressing and horrifically managed companies I've been able to observe - unfortunate enough to actually work there.

      Always encouraged to innovate, quality really was "job one"

      Cons

      At times, the focus of the Company changed too often. That said, my friends that are still at the Company seem to really like the new CEO.

      Pros

      I have really enjoyed working at Unitrends the last five years. In my current role, I feel like I have been set up for success and it really motivates me to work hard. My direct report has encouraged me to build up my strengths and has taught me many new skills. The work culture is pleasant and I look forward to going into work almost every day!

      Cons

      I wish that the office was closer to Boston!
