      Pros

      Unitrends is a great company to work for. The product group is a very fast pace environment but exciting to work in. You get to learn every dimension of how an organization is ran. Also if you own a product you are given the responsibility to run it like your own.

      Cons

      If you like having a lot of responsibility - there isn't any.

      Pros

      The sky is the limit. You can be as successful as you want if you put in the hours, effort, and commitment. Management gives you enough free range to do your own thing as long as you produce results. Unitrends has a great product and easy to sell.

      Cons

      Highly competitive market. Things can go wrong quick if you don't keep a close eye.

      Pros

      Fast paced, innovative company in a rapidly changing market. The product is really solid and the new leadership team is now firing on all cylinders. The opporutunity to really make a difference is significant. The company has gone through some significant changes, as have many over vendors in the backup products market, but the company is now stronger than it was prior to the changes.

      Cons

      The company is very data and performance driven. If you like to work in a place where you will be held accountable, this is the place for you. If that scares you, then you will not succeed here.
