There are probably to many cons to list
-Upper management rules by fear and intimidation
-you must be a favorite in order to advance within the company
-if you are not a "yes" man then there is no point in even applying for a position here
-constant hiring from 1 former company in particular has just shifted the negative aspects of that workplace into Unitrends
-while it is a good product at a good price they are far from leading edge technology, and implementation failures have cost the company and resellers of there's hundreds of thousands
-they have such little faith in their own culture, and know that all of these critiques are true, that they will "encourage" their employees to post multiple high approving posts after this one. They would rather counteract negative posts by "embellishing" on future posts, than to actually address and fix the issues they have.
